Privacy

How this public website works, what information is sent when you visit, and how to contact us about your data.

Reading the website

This website publishes information about momu. The application does not have user accounts, payment forms, a customer database or advertising trackers. The language selector navigates between public Spanish and English URLs and does not require a cookie or a saved preference.

To know how many people visit, the website uses Umami, an analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify visitors. When a page opens, the browser sends through momu.co the visited URL, the referring page, the language, the screen size and the browser type; the country is derived from the IP address, which Umami does not store. Clicks on the contact links and on the language selector are counted as events without personal data. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. Umami publishes its terms at umami.is/privacy.

Infrastructure and technical requests

Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address, the requested URL and request headers, to the infrastructure serving this website. The site uses Cloudflare and Railway, which may process technical logs to deliver and protect their services. The public API and MCP use a temporary in-memory identifier derived from the request IP for a one-minute rate-limit window; it is not a visitor profile or a persistent customer record.

Contact and external services

If you email us, use WhatsApp, or open the Google appointment calendar, you leave this website and share information through that provider. Those services apply their own privacy terms. Information you choose to send can be used to understand and answer your enquiry. Do not send passwords, tokens or sensitive customer files through these initial contact channels.

Questions about your information

Contact [email protected] with questions about information you have shared with the studio, or to request a correction or deletion. Describe the request without including unnecessary sensitive data. This page describes this public website; any project-specific handling of data must be agreed separately.
